This Privacy Policy explains how Raise New Earth Foundations Pty Ltd (ABN 39 185 295 730) (“NewEarth.ai”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you use thenewearth.ai (the “Site”) and our AI products. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information we collect

We collect the following kinds of personal information:

Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details (managed via our auth provider, Clerk).
Payment information — billing details and subscription records. Card details are processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Conversation content — the messages, prompts, documents and other inputs you submit to the AI products, and the AI responses generated for you.
Profile & preferences — optional details you choose to provide (such as goals or saved memories) to personalise your experience.
Usage & technical data — log data, device and browser information, IP address, and analytics about how you interact with the Site.

3. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, purchase a subscription or trial, communicate with us, or use the AI products. We also collect technical data automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy), and from third-party providers who help us operate the Site (for example, our payment and authentication providers).

4. Why we use it

We use personal information to:

provide, operate, personalise and improve the AI products;
process payments, manage subscriptions and trials, and prevent fraud;
respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
send you service-related and, where you have not opted out, promotional communications;
maintain the security and integrity of the Site; and
comply with our legal obligations.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including:

Stripe — payment processing;
Clerk — authentication and account management;
Supabase — database and storage;
AI infrastructure providers — to generate AI responses to your inputs;
Analytics and advertising providers — to understand and improve usage (see our Cookie Policy).

We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Australia (for example, in the United States and the European Union). Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.

7. AI inputs and outputs

Conversation content you submit is processed by AI infrastructure providers to generate responses. We do not use your private conversation content to train third-party foundation models for unrelated purposes, and we instruct our providers to handle it under confidentiality obligations. Please do not submit other people’s sensitive personal information without proper authority.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the AI products, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (subject to records we are required to keep by law).

10. Accessing and correcting your information

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@alextripod.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with the APPs. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
